C & L Ceilings consist of the following: Project Managers, Site Supervisors and Leading Hands, quality skilled Tradesmen who work as a team providing a professional support resource for our Australian Apprentices throughout their apprenticeship.
C & L Ceilings has always invested in the future with training and Apprenticeships. Our aim is to support and encourage our Apprentices to learn new skills.
The varying levels of experience and age makes it an ideal learning environment, giving Work Experience Students and Apprentices the support they need and enabling them to build confidence as they start off in their new Trade.
These concepts ensure the quality of work produced by C & L Ceilings remains of a high standard, with quality finishes and products.
Fire Rated Systems, Plasterboard Suspended Ceilings, Office Partitioning and Fit-outs, Acoustic Ceilings and Walls, Shop Fit-outs, special featured Timber Ceilings and Curved Walls.

Apprentices are encouraged to continue with our company and a high number have been with us for many years. We believe apprentices are our future and will continue with our Work Experience and Apprenticeship programs generating good quality Tradesmen in the Construction Industry and Workforce.
Once they become a Trades person our employees are encouraged to further their skills through Construction Based Training, some examples of which are Health and Safety Management, Occupational Safety and Health Representative Course, Safe Work at Heights, Elevating Work Platforms, Basic Scaffolding, Passive Fire Protection, Material Hoist Operator and Dogging Course.
