Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) has been implemented to our Comprehensive JSEA.  C & L Ceilings Pty Ltd will provide the following Job Safety Environment Analysis (JSEA) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) to our Employees performing Wall & Ceiling installations & associated Tasks.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT & COORDINATOR / REPRESENTATIVE, INJURY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR & EMPLOYEES

C & L Ceilings puts a high importance on our Work Place Safety and promotes the active participation of all employees in OHSE decisions.  Employees are consulted and given opportunity, encouragement and training to be proactively involved in OHSE matters affecting the organization and their work activities, all workplace consultation is recorded and occurs on a weekly basis (Tool Box Talks) and OHSE policies are revised on a 6 monthly basis.

PRE-START TALKS:

All Toolbox / Pre-start Talks undertaken on behalf of C & L Ceilings Pty Ltd are recorded on a form and signed by participants.

All corrective actions noted on this form are implemented and signed by the nominated person. It is the responsibility of the Site Supervisor to ensure that all corrective actions are completed and reviewed for effectiveness.

Training and Competency:

Having regard to the hazards and risks associated with the work activity, C & L Ceilings Pty Ltd has assured that all employees are trained and competent to perform all tasks in a way that is safe and does not adversely impact on themselves, others or the environment.

Also many of our employees have sat a Passive Fire Protection Course and are Accredited Certified Installers of Fire Protection Systems,with a Fire Rated Systems Installation checklist and the ability to issue a : Signed Certificate of Compliance on Completion.
